Manager of Two-Time World Speedway Champion Bruce Penhall, The Wheelie King, Doug Domokos, Jeff Weinke and a host of others. Jeff was extremely effective as Marketing Director Ascot Raceway, CHP 1199 Foundation, Morongo Indian Casino and Bruce Penhall being added to the C.H.I.P Television cast.
