Competed: 1968 - 1980

Irwin Moon & his sons started racing short track & TT in 1968. They transitioned to Speedway in 1971 when family friend Ken Maely told Irwin about Speedway Racings Revival. Ken & Irwin, together, fabricated 12 Speedway bikes. Larry, a Div 1 rider, quickly rose into the top 16. Irwin & Rick were Div 2, Phil Div 2 & 1. Still wanting to be involved after retiring from racing Irwin became a referee & starter & Phil was a pit steward & referee.
