Founding member of the Shamrocks M/C, riding a 650 Triumph, Buck Smith was a 2 time National Hare & Hound Champion in ‘57, ‘58. Winner of 7 Enduros, including Greenhorn ‘59, ‘64, Jackrabbit ‘60, ‘61, Cactus Derby ‘59, ‘64 and the Jackass Enduro. Four of his Enduro wins were Championships. In the Big Bear Runs, he finished 2nd in ‘57 & ‘3rd in ‘58, ‘59. He was a member of the winning Greenhorn team 5 times. Served on Dist. 37 Sports Committee.
